More Please!
Years 5 and 6 put
on a wonderful performance of ‘Oliver’. The show played to packed houses for three
nights and for the dress rehearsal, which was attended by the whole school,
pupils from Abbotts
Ann Primary
School and 45 guests from the local community and
amateur dramatic society.
The 113-strong cast displayed not only great acting
skills, but also considerable talent for singing and dancing with several show-stopping
numbers and routines. All this set against Mr Tween’s magnificent stage set of
the old London
skyline. The producer, Miss Donnelly, Head of Year 5, was delighted with the
response to the show and in particular with the energy and commitment which the
boys and girls showed throughout.
