Two hundred and fifteen pupils took part in World
Maths Day on 5th March 2009. As a school we answered 95,012 questions in the 24 hours, a tiny fraction of the 182,445,169 questions that were answered by 1,567,989 children in over 160 countries
around the world.

The number of questions completed over the
one and a half weeks was also exceptionally impressive. The following pupils
were outstanding with their efforts: Max
Falk, Year 3, Sam Pope, Year 4, William Rigby, Year 5, Hector Cox, Year 6, Hector Gash, Year 7, and William Eaton, Year 8. Well done.
