| The Miller tells his tale |
This rollicking adaptation of The Canterbury Tales saw five of Chaucer's
pilgrims tell their stories - in their own inimitable style! Twenty eight
pupils from Year 7 worked incredibly hard to bring The Pardoner's, Nun's
Priest's, Wife of Bath's, Knight's and Miller's Tales to life... all within
a very twenty-first century context.
The cast must be congratulated on their
unflagging energy and enthusiasm throughout the rehearsals. The directors
loved every minute of the process, and the children's
enjoyment really shone through in their three performances - for the school, their families, friends, school children from Amport Primary and other members of the local community.
