Jubilee Jamboree
Having completed their Common Entrance mental arithmetic and French oral exams, the Year 8s deserved a small celebratory party. This was done in typical Farleigh style with the dining hall bedecked in bunting, union jacks and royal memorabilia. Dining to the tune of a stirring regimental band, the boarders and staff enjoyed smoked salmon as a starter; sausage, mash and baked beans in giant Yorkshire puddings; and Jubilee cake for pudding. Delicious!
