| U10 Netball Tournament Farleigh hosted recently its annual U10 netball tournament in which 16 teams from ten schools took part. Two Farleigh teams were entered in the B Section and they did very well with one team making it into the semi-finals. There were many individuals who played exceptionally well, including Lucy Bradley, Hattie Lees, Alice O'Rorke and Alexandra Scowen.
Farleigh’s U10A
team enjoyed an excellent tournament, playing well in their group and winning all of their matches. They got through the semi-finals and in a very close match, met Twyford in the final, winning by six goals to four. Congratulations to the whole team: Scarlett Atkinson, Emily Browning, Clara Buckley, Katherine Garnett, Cecilia Hughes, Francesca Power, Eleanor Todd and Sophie Wheeler
(Captain). All the Farleigh girls showed great team spirit and and supported each other throughout. Well done. |
