Boarders' Dinner Night

The January Boarders' Dinner Night is always welcomed as it provides a little respite from what can be a particularly long month. The dress code is 'smart' and the children love the chance to wear a stylish outfit. The catering team produced an outstanding menu: Wild Mushrooms on Toast or Chicken Liver Parfait to start; followed by Fillet of Beef Tournedo, Potato Rosti, Savoy Cabbage and Baby Carrots in a Red Wine Sauce; and finally, for pudding,Baked Apple with Butterscotch Sauce. The feedback from the children was that "the food was some of the best ever!"
