Years 7 and 8 started the new school year with Adventure Team Building and an opportunity to bond over a range of outdoor tasks and problem solving activities. The groups were encouraged to work together and complete a variety of exercises: archery, making (and firing, of course!) a catapult and building a campfire (and cooking their supper over it). The children thoroughly enjoyed themselves and particularly enjoyed the challenge of the command tasks, which required putting their trust in each other and trying to win. They learned a lot about themselves and the importance of team work.
