What a fantastic season it has been for cross country this year. We have seen the whole school take part in the House cross country runs,  which go from our youngest children in the Kindergarten running part of the course, and continue all the way up to our Year 8 runners, who cover about 2.5km.

Farleigh teams have taken part in the English Schools competitions, progressing to the Regionals, and we have had runners taking part at Pinewood, Eagle House, Stroud, Horris Hill and at the prep school nationals at Malvern College.

We have also for the first time in my time at the school organised our own Inter-school cross country event, which recently saw over 400 runners from schools across our area taking part.

Many of our runners have finished consistently in the top positions and, under the guidance of Miss Mitchell this year, they should be very proud of their season.
